Office Manager/ Senior Paralegal: Ricardo Figueredo
Ricardo is a dynamic and results-driven leader with years of successful business management and customer relationship development skills. He leverages finely-honed interpersonal and time management skills to successfully manage a team and increase profitability achieving corporate goals and objectives.
He is energetic and goal-oriented with a genuine passion for sales strategy and a well-rounded background in supporting a progressive organization in optimizing performance and growth. He is an exceptional communicator, fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and basic French. He is motivated, results-focused, and passionate about establishing rewarding long-term customer relationships.
Ricardo facilitates the day-to-day operations of the law firm, supervises support staff, is responsible for case assignment, maintains attorneys' calendars, manages schedules including trial dates and hearings, verifies legal correspondence, and provides bilingual service support for the firm's clients.
Managing Paralegal- George Benitez:
George handles the firm's legal processing department and coordinates in-person appointments with the firm's clients under the supervision of Attorney Ley, Attorney Ng, and Attorney Herrero. His duties include assisting in the preparation and submission of USCIS Applications, such as Family Relative Petitions, I-601A Hardship Waivers, TPS Applications, Citizenship, Permanent Resident Renewals, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) cases, amongst many others.
Additionally, George processes applications for the Executive Office of Immigration Review, such as for Asylum/Withholding of Removal/ Convention Against Torture (I-589), Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B), 212 (c) Waivers, 212 (h) Waivers, NACARA, and Adjustment of Status applications.
Managing Paralegal Sindy Munoz:
Sindy handles the firms Special Immigrant Juvenile Department under the supervision of Attorney Johnson and coordinates in person appointments with the firm's minor clients. Her duties include assisting in the preparation and submission of the necessary documentation for the Special Immigrant Juvenile Process. Sindy is also the firms Official Translator and attends all of the USCIS and Family Court proceedings to assist the clients in their native language.
Sindy as the Managing Paralegal of the firm ensures that clients are up to date on all of the necessary appointments. As the firms primary contact, she manages all phone, email, and in person communication with the firm's clients. Additionally, Sindy manages all of the incoming mail, Attorney appointments and upkeeps, and the firm's filing system along with managing the Support Staff.
Social Networking and Promotional Manager: Claudia Morales
Claudia manages the firms Social Networking and Medial Outlets. Claudia has over 15 years of experience in Media and has provided our firm with her expertise in this field. She updates the firm's Official "Facebook" and "Like" page, and manages all of Attorney Herrero's media appearances. Additionally, she is the Producer of the Law Office's commercials currently airing on both Univision and Telemundo.
