Our Support Staff develops strong ties with the Immigrant Community in both Boston and Miami and are able to identify with our clients unique needs. All of our Support Staff are bilingual and have been trained exclusively by the Firms Managing Attorneys. Our Paralegals work along-side our Attorneys to assist in the monitoring of legal matters and client communication. Our Paralegals are amongst the most experienced in the Immigration field and have handled hundreds of Immigration cases in their careers. Our teamwork approach has been awarded and recognized for best Customer Service from 2015-2019 by the American Institute of Legal Counsel and we have been awarded Top 10 Immigration Law Firms in both Boston and Miami, this merit would not be attainable without the individualized care and approach of our Support Staff.

He is energetic and goal-oriented with a genuine passion for sales strategy and a comprehensive fund in support of a progressive organization, optimizing performance and growth. He is an exceptional communicator, fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and basic French. Ricardo facilitates the day-to-day operations of the law firm, supervises support staff, is responsible for the allocation of cases, maintains the calendars of lawyers, administers schedules, including trial dates and hearings, verifies legal correspondence and provides bilingual service support for the firm's clients.

Paralegal “Senior”- George Benitez:
George is in charge of the legal processing department of the firm and coordinates client appointments under the supervision of lawyers Ley, Ng and Herrero. Their duties include assisting in the preparation and filing of USCIS applications, such as family petitions, I-601A hardship exemptions, TPS applications, citizenship, renewals of permanent residents and cases of the Violence against Women Act (VAWA), among much others. In addition, George processes applications for the Executive Office for Immigration Review, such as for Asylum / Withholding of Removal / Convention Against Torture (I-589), Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B), 212 (c) Exemptions, 212 (h) Requests for exemptions, NACARA and adjustment of status.
Promotions and Social Networks Manager Claudia Morales:
Claudia manages the social networks of our firm. With 20 years in the media, she has given us her experience in this field. She updates and monitors our networks, and programs all the appearances of the attorney Herrero. She is also the producer of the commercials of our office that are currently broadcasting on Univision and Telemundo (Boston), as well as the producer of our radio program "Inmigración al Momento" that airs on Radio Caracol in the city of Miami. In addition to Spanish, Claudia speaks English and French. She is a Bacherol in Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ and has an Associate Degree in Radio and TV Production from the Universidad Central de Venezuela -UCV-.
