Johanna M. Herrero
Johanna is the founder and president of the Legal Offices of Johanna Herrero. Johanna was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and emigrated to the United States from an early age. His dedication and passion for this field come from personal experience with the immigration process.
Throughout the years, Johanna has acquired extensive knowledge of the Immigration Laws through trial work and experience in the immigration court. Johanna represents many of the firm's clients in defensive hearings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
She practices regularly in the Boston Immigration Court and Florida, and administers the extensive caseload of the firm before the Immigration Court, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security.
Johanna's experience is related to criminal cases that have consequences in immigration cases; She deals with complicated criminal cases on a daily basis. Through her strong defense skills, Johanna offers a unique representation that has set the standard in the courts of Boston and Miami. Johanna has been selected in the list of Super Lawyers of the Massachusetts Rising Stars, 2015-2017.
